Decisions

So we are trying to decide what athletic/dance classes to put the girls in this year. Last year was a ballet/tumble combo. This summer they have been in gymnastics. They like gymnastics but LOVE ballet. They really want to take a ballet/tap combo class but will miss their old teacher.

And now Eric and I kind of want them to take a karate tots class that a twin friend of ours teaches. They love karate and secretly want to be Kung Fu Panda. :)

So I don't know what we will pick, but if they really want ballet/tap, that may be the one we should choose. Such fun decisions!

Lexi

Lexi just came in my room to tell me her dream. I don't want to forget this one...

"Hello Kitty went to the zoo and saw dolphins in their tank. They saw lions and stuff and then went to the store and bought their daddy a new weed eater.

Then they went back to the aquarium and saw sting rays and sharks and got to touch a sting ray. It didn't grab her or anything. Then it stung her momma. Then they bought a dog that looked like Hello Kitty and then a kitten. Then the dog died."

Last night her bedtime prayer was as follows: "Dear God, I really hope you're alive and I wish you could snuggle me!"

Then Lilly asked her daddy to snuggle her and accidentally called him God. :) They make us smile!

Noah's New Tricks

Noah started sitting up at around 4.5 months. He only started trying to crawl this past weekend, but prefers to stand up propped onto the furniture. He's always had crazy strong legs and has been standing with help since before 3 months. Part of me thinks he will skip crawling or crawl a little but mostly walk. He is pulling up a lot too. He hasn't quite figured out how to get all the way up, but it probably doesn't help that he tries to pull up on tall objects only.

Here are some fun pictures from the past few weeks of Noah doing his thing.

This Week

Well I'll never be able to catch up so I am starting fresh from today. We were without Internet for almost 2 weeks, thanks to a mistake made by the cable company. Now we are finally back up to speed with technology.

This last week I got the girls signed up for preschool, made some yummy baked goods, and hung out a lot with the three cutest kids ever.

Yesterday was a great day and I did something that I have never done before. I let the girls play with my makeup. I let them go to town on their faces and mine. It was pretty funny! I took quite a few pictures and sent some to their daddy while at work. Hopefully they won't kill me for this later, but here are the great pictures. We laughed a lot and Lilly said they looked a little scary and funny.
