Our big day!

It cracks me up now to think that just going to Waco for 5 hours constitutes a "big day" for us, but it does! Go figure! I took the girls today to a baby shower in Waco for an ex-colleague. The girls were SOOOOOOOO well behaved. They smiled and cooed and flirted with everyone at the shower. They didn't mind being held by others and were not grumpy one single time. That was amazing! Everyone kept commenting on what good babies they were and I was one proud mommy!

Then we stopped by Baylor's science building to see some of my friends. The girls finally got to meet Tracy and Kevin Pinney, Michelle, and Darla. It was so much fun. Lilly got a little fussy since it was time to eat but other than that, they were angels. We didn't get home until 5 pm, and the girls crashed early. We filled up their bellies and let them go to sleep. I think they were awake most of the day with the exception of the hour drive each way.
